Membership
The church of Jesus has nothing to do with buildings or man made structures. It is not a club that you join or even a religious organisation. Does that surprise you?
The Bible describes the church as a "family," a "body," a "flock" and a "household." In other words it's all about people in relationship with their heavenly father and with each other. The church is the visible representation of God's kingdom on earth. It has great authority and great responsibility. As Christians it is important that we are part of a local church, where we are being fed spiritually and growing in our faith.
If you would like to know more about Living Word Church, why not come along to one of our regular introduction courses. These run throughout the year for those who are interested in becoming a member of the church. The course will give you an opportunity to explore our beliefs, practices and vision, and also give you the opportunity to ask any questions you might have.
